Jay Rozanski is a Producer & Technical Manager specialising in live production, technology & engaging experiences, with nearly 30 years' experience delivering high end multi camera productions, hybrid broadcasts and global live streams across the UK and internationally.

He is the Founder of oXyFire Media Creative, where he designs and delivers resilient, redundant and technically sophisticated production systems for major arts organisations, corporate clients and entertainment brands.

Known for calm leadership under pressure and deep technical expertise, he maintains a 100% successful event delivery record.

Over the course of his career, Jay has worked as a trusted broadcast partner for the BBC, leading UK festivals and global corporate clients, designing complex multi camera arena productions, bonded cellular transmission workflows, hybrid town halls and international roadshows. His work spans large scale public cultural events, global internal communications programmes and high profile live entertainment broadcasts.

With a career that began in 1996 working behind the scenes in the arts, Jay has built a reputation for translating ambitious creative ideas into technically robust, audience ready experiences. As a producer and technical manager specialising in live production, technology and engaging experiences, he builds broadcast systems that do not fail, ensuring that live events continue seamlessly regardless of environment, geography or technical complexity.
